Here are the questions we are often asked:
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.
After that, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your item to arrive at your home.
During busy periods, it may take up to 6 days before your order is shipped. Our packages are delivered by postal service, and we do not work with pickup points.
My order is incomplete
Since we have different storage locations and work with different manufacturers, you may receive your products in separate packages. So please do not worry if you do not receive everything at the same time.
Our average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Some packages may take a little longer.
However, if you still have not received your package within 35 business days after placing your order, we will fully refund you, and you may keep the item once it arrives.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours.
For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification request by email to contact@wawopaw.com.
After this time, your items may have already been shipped, and we will no longer be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken or defective. What should I do?
Although we carefully select trusted carriers, your package may sometimes arrive damaged.

Your order number
A description of the issue, such as wrong item, defective item, etc.
A photo or video
You will not need to return the product. We will refund your order directly in the form of a store credit. If you prefer another form of refund, please let us know.
