SHIPPING COSTS

All orders placed on our website have a fixed shipping fee of $5.00.

Shipping costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information at checkout.

All of our orders include a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.

ORDER TRACKING

Depending on the logistics company responsible for delivering your package, you will be able to track your order using the tracking number provided to you.

PROCESSING TIMES

Our order processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days once your order has been processed.

MISSING ITEM

If your order, or part of your order, has not been delivered, please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours beyond the expected delivery time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At WawoPaw, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible, so you know exactly what to expect when you receive your order.

We want our customers to know exactly what they are purchasing.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We are proud of our ability to process orders quickly on our website.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@wawopaw.com as soon as possible.

Since most in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is important that you contact us during this time so we can try to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No cancellation request can be accepted if your order has already been processed.

ADDRESS ERROR

It is your responsibility to verify that your shipping address is correct and to contact us quickly if you need to make a change. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders, including inaccessible or incomplete addresses.

In these cases, packages may be returned to us, but this is not always guaranteed.

If your order is returned to the sender, we may offer you a refund minus shipping fees, or we may offer to reship your order, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or a refund until the package has been received back by the sender.

RETURN POLICY
